【摘要】：正膝关节骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)以骨关节软骨退变及其软骨下骨反应性增生为特征的慢性进行性骨关节病,又称膝关节骨关节病、退行性关节炎。随着社会人口的老龄化,该病的发病率逐年增高,严重影响中老年人的生活质量~([1—2])。红外线作为一种传统的理疗方法,其作用的基础是温热效应。根据不同波段产生不同的生物学效应,具有改善局部血液循环、激活脑内啡肽系统、抑制神经系统传导、消炎、镇痛及促进组织修复等作用,在治疗骨性关节炎中有其
[Abstract]:Chronic progressive osteoarthritis (osteoarthritis,OA) characterized by osteoarticular cartilage degeneration and subchondral bone reactive hyperplasia is also known as osteoarthropathy of the knee joint and degenerative arthritis. With the aging of social population, the incidence of the disease increases year by year, which seriously affects the quality of life of middle and old people. Infrared ray, as a traditional physiotherapy method, is based on the effect of temperature and heat. Different biological effects are produced according to different bands, which can improve local blood circulation, activate the endorphin system, inhibit the conduction of nervous system, reduce inflammation, relieve pain and promote tissue repair, etc. It has its own functions in the treatment of osteoarthritis.
