从面部皮肤软组织外伤急诊论整形美容修复

【摘要】：目的探讨面部皮肤软组织外伤在整形美容修复的效果。方法选取2014~2015年我院急诊入院的面部软组织创伤患者88例,并对其进行急诊整形修复,并随时观察其疗效,并进行1年的随访。结果所有患者均经过整形美容外科技术,伤口均得到愈合,对瘢痕纤细并术后随访1年后,未发生伤口的瘢痕增生一体机缺位的畸形等并发症。结论面部皮肤软组织外伤患者应用整形美容术可以很大限度的修复皮肤,并对皮肤进行美化,并帮助面部恢复形体和功能,在很大程度上满足了患者对于审美的需要。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of facial skin and soft tissue injury on plastic and cosmetic repair. Methods Eighty-eight patients with facial soft tissue trauma admitted to our hospital from 2014 to 2015 were selected and treated with emergency plastic repair. The curative effect was observed at any time and followed up for 1 year. Results all the patients were treated with plastic surgery and the wound was healed. The scar was fine and followed up for 1 year. There were no complications such as the deformity of the scar hyperplasia and the absence of the whole machine. Conclusion plastic beauty surgery can be used to repair the skin and beautify the skin in patients with facial soft tissue trauma. It can help to restore the body and function of the face and to a great extent meet the aesthetic needs of the patients.
