六磨汤联合中医外治治疗单气囊小肠镜术后不良反应的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:观察六磨汤联合中医外治治疗单气囊小肠镜诊疗术后不良反应的临床疗效,客观评价其有效性和安全性,为该治疗方案的临床应用提供依据。研究方法:临床研究共收集病例84例,按照随机数字表分为对照组42例,治疗组42例,对照组采用西医常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上予六磨汤加减联合中医外治(TDP红外线治疗仪)治疗。以不良反应完全缓解时间、肠鸣音恢复情况为疗效指标,观察记录纳入研究的治疗组及对照组患者治疗前后各疗效评价指标的变化。运用spss19.0统计软件,对数据进行统计分析。结果:1、评价中医证候疗效比较,治疗后对照组有效率为85.71%,治疗组有效率为95.24%,两组比较(X2=4.09,P0.05),差别有统计学意义,说明治疗组优于对照组。2、评价两组中医证候积分比较,治疗前对照组中医症候积分为9.07±3.89,治疗组为9.50±3.68,两组比较(t=-5.2,P=0.610.05),具有可比性。治疗后,对照组治疗前后比较(t=10.76,P=0.000.01);治疗组治疗前后比较(t=16.50,P=0.00);治疗后对照组与治疗组比较(t=2.36,P=0.020.05)。3、评价肠鸣音恢复情况,两组比较(P0.01),差异有统计学意义,治疗组肠鸣音恢复较治疗组快。4、评价组术后不良反应完全缓解时间,两组比较(X2=17.51,P0.01),具有高度显著差异性,治疗组优于对照组。结论:1、六磨汤联合中医外治(TDP红外线治疗仪)能有治疗单气囊小肠镜诊疗术后的不良反应。2、六磨汤联合中医外治(TDP红外线治疗仪)较西医常规治疗在改善单气囊小肠镜诊疗术后肠鸣音恢复情况、不良反应完全缓解时间方面具有更好的疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Liumo decoction combined with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of adverse reactions after single balloon enteroscopy. Methods: a total of 84 cases were collected and divided into control group (n = 42), treatment group (n = 42) and control group (n = 42). The treatment group was treated with Liumo decoction combined with TDP infrared therapy instrument on the basis of the control group. According to the time of complete remission of adverse reactions and the recovery of bowel sounds, the changes of evaluation indexes before and after treatment were observed in the treatment group and the control group. Spss19.0 statistical software is used to analyze the data. Results: compared with the control group and the treatment group, the effective rate was 85.71in the control group and 95.244in the treatment group, respectively. The difference between the two groups (X2P 4.09 P 0.05) was statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group, and the score of TCM syndromes between the two groups was evaluated, indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group, and the comparison of TCM syndromes between the two groups was evaluated. The score of TCM symptom in the control group was 9.07 卤3.89 and that in the treatment group was 9.50 卤3.68 before treatment. After treatment, the control group was compared before and after treatment (tn 10.76), the treatment group was compared before and after treatment (tr 16.50% P0.00), and the control group was compared with the treatment group (tn 2.36 P0. 020.05) .3, to evaluate the recovery of bowel sounds (P0.01), the difference was statistically significant. The recovery of bowel sounds in the treatment group was faster than that in the treatment group. The time of complete remission of adverse reactions in the evaluation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (X2P 17.51, P0.01), and the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion the TDP infrared therapy instrument can treat the adverse reaction of single airbag enteroscopy. Liumo decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment (TDP infrared therapy instrument) can improve the single airbag. Recovery of bowel sounds after enteroscopy, There is a better effect on the time of complete remission of adverse reactions.
