血管收缩因子及血管内皮生长因子表达与激素性股骨头坏死的相关性

【摘要】:目的探讨不同血管收缩因子(ET-1)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达情况与激素性股骨头坏死间的相关性。方法检测124例需服用激素治疗患者血清ET-1和VEGF蛋白表达情况。行髋关节磁共振成像(MRI)判断是否发生股骨头坏死。观察最后发展为股骨头坏死的情况。结果 124例需服用激素治疗患者中65例具有发生股骨头坏死的倾向。只有ET-1~+VEGF~-和ET-1-VEGF~+两组患者,外周血血清ET-1和VEGF蛋白的表达与患有股骨头坏死间存在差异(P0.05)。随后,继续观察ET-1~+VEGF~-和ET-1-VEGF~+两组患者在接受相关临床治疗后,ET-1~+VEGF~-组最后15例患者发展为股骨头坏死,而ET-1~-VEGF~+组患者最后仅只有1例发展为股骨头坏死,两组差异显著(P=0.031 9)。结论患者高表达外周血血清ET-1和VEGF蛋白可显著预见激素性股骨头坏死患者的患病。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the expression of different vasoconstrictor factor (ET-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and steroid-induced femoral head necrosis. Methods the expression of serum ET-1 and VEGF protein was detected in 124 patients who needed hormone therapy. (MRI) was performed to determine whether femoral head necrosis occurred. Finally, the necrosis of the femoral head was observed. Results 65 of 124 patients who needed hormone therapy had the tendency to develop femoral head necrosis. Only in ET-1~ VEGF~- and ET-1-VEGF~ groups, the expression of ET-1 and VEGF protein in peripheral blood was significantly different from that in patients with femoral head necrosis (P0.05). Then, the last 15 patients in the ET-1 ~ VEGF~- group developed osteonecrosis of the femoral head, while only one patient in the ET-1~-VEGF~ group developed osteonecrosis of the femoral head after receiving the related clinical treatment. The difference between the two groups was significant (P0. 031 9). Conclusion the high expression of ET-1 and VEGF protein in peripheral blood can predict the incidence of steroid-induced femoral head necrosis.
