马应龙痔疮栓辅助手术治疗复杂肛瘘的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的探讨马应龙痔疮栓辅助手术治疗复杂肛瘘临床疗效。方法选复杂肛瘘患者共110例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例,分别采用游离皮瓣阻断缝合手术和在此基础之上加用马应龙痔疮栓治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、影响因素和术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组痊愈率(72.73%)高于对照组(54.55%),而并发症发生率低于对照组(P0.05);观察组患者术后疼痛持续时间、创面愈合时间少于对照组(P0.05);治疗后观察组患者肛门功能评分、肛管最大收缩压、肛管最长收缩时间、尿潴留分度及肛管静息压均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论马应龙痔疮栓辅助手术治疗复杂肛瘘可有效改善患者治疗效果,提高预后质量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Ma Ying long hemorrhoids suppository for complicated anal fistula. Methods 110 patients with complicated anal fistula were randomly divided into control group and observation group. 55 cases in each group were treated with free flap suture and combined with Ma Yinglong hemorrhoids suppository. Influencing factors and postoperative complications. Results the recovery rate (72.73%) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (54.55%), the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group (P0.05), the duration of postoperative pain and wound healing time in the observation group was less than that in the control group (P0.05). The longest contraction time of anal canal, urinary retention and resting pressure of anal canal were better than those of control group (P0.05). Conclusion the treatment of complicated anal fistula with Ma Ying long hemorrhoids suppository can improve the effect of treatment and improve the quality of prognosis.
