细胞辅助脂肪移植的研究进展

【摘要】：自体脂肪移植在医学界应用已有上百年历史,但移植脂肪的存活率较低极大的影响了其效果。细胞辅助脂肪移植(cell-assisted lipotransfer,CAL)为自体脂肪移植提供了另一种新的思路,提高了脂肪存活率及患者满意度。本文章通过大量查阅相关文献,总结了目前细胞辅助脂肪移植的研究现状,对脂肪移植的发展历史,脂肪干细胞的获取、生物特性,及细胞辅助脂肪移植技术的原理、效果及目前存在的问题做一综合性阐述。
[Abstract]:Autogenous fat transplantation has been used in medicine for more than 100 years, but the survival rate of autogenous fat graft has greatly affected its effect. Cell-assisted fat transplantation (cell-assisted lipotransfer,CAL) provides a new approach to autologous fat transplantation and improves fat survival rate and patient satisfaction. This article summarizes the current research status of cell-assisted fat transplantation, the history of fat transplantation, the acquisition of adipose stem cells, biological characteristics, and the principle of cell-assisted fat transplantation. The effect and the existing problems are expounded in a comprehensive way.
