反式肩关节置换术并发症的分析及防治

【摘要】：反式肩关节置换术(RTSA)是近年来肩关节重建手术中最具影响力的手术革新之一。这种假体设计在治疗肩袖关节病方面效果显著,可以有效缓解患者肩部疼痛及改善上举能力,其适应证已经扩展到肿瘤切除后肩关节重建、解剖型置换或关节表面置换失败后翻修等领域。但是其术后具有较高的并发症发生率,这给临床医生带来了很大的挑战。本文主要针对RTSA常见并发症的主要危险因素和防治对策做一文献综述。
[Abstract]:Trans shoulder arthroplasty (RTSA) is one of the most influential surgical innovations in shoulder arthroplasty in recent years. The prosthetic design is effective in the treatment of rotator cuff arthropathy. It can effectively relieve shoulder pain and improve the ability of lifting up. The indication has been extended to the reconstruction of shoulder joint after tumor resection. Anatomic replacement or joint surface replacement failure after revision and other areas. However, the high incidence of postoperative complications poses a great challenge to clinicians. This article reviews the main risk factors and preventive measures of common complications of RTSA.
