【摘要】：目的:通过眼轮匝肌-上睑提肌腱膜固定法重睑成形术与皮肤-上睑提肌腱膜固定法重睑成形术的术后肿胀分析对比,探讨眼轮匝肌-上睑提肌固定法重睑成形术的临床使用价值。方法:随机选取来我院门诊行重睑成形术受术者100例,将病例随机分成行眼轮匝肌-上睑提肌腱膜固定重睑术的治疗组和行皮肤-上睑提肌腱膜固定法重睑术的对照组,每组各50例。进行对照研究,术后随访3个月,对两组术后眼周组织肿胀分级、重睑线宽度变化进行比较,并行统计学分析。结果:对比两组受术者重睑线宽度变化术后即刻差异不明显,无统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组重睑宽度变化在术后6、30d明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),术后90d差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。两组受术者眼周组织肿胀程度评分术后6、30d,治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),随着时间推进受术者逐渐恢复,术后第90d评分差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:眼轮匝肌-上睑提肌腱膜固定法重睑成形术能有效的预防上睑水肿,术后重睑线处不易出现明显凹陷,切口愈合较快。该术式具有较高的临床应用和推广价值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the postoperative swelling of double blepharoplasty with double blepharoplasty of orbicularis oculi and upper eyelid levator tendinoplasty and double blepharoplasty with skin levator palpebri tendon membrane fixation. To investigate the clinical value of double blepharoplasty with orbicularis oculi and levator palpebrae muscle fixation. Methods: 100 cases of double eyelid plasty were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group was treated with orbicularis oculi muscle and the upper eyelid levator tendon membrane fixation, and the control group was treated with double eyelid operation with skin and upper eyelid levator tendon membrane fixation. There were 50 cases in each group. The patients were followed up for 3 months. The changes of ocular tissue swelling and double eyelid width were compared and statistically analyzed. Results: there was no significant difference in double eyelid width between the two groups immediately after operation (P0.05). The change of double eyelid width in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group on the 30th day after operation (P0.05). There was no significant difference at 90 days after operation (P0.05). The degree of ocular tissue swelling in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 6 to 30 days after operation (P0.05). There was no significant difference in score on the 90 th day after operation (P0.05). Conclusion: double blepharoplasty with orbicularis oculi and upper eyelid levator tendon membrane fixation can effectively prevent upper eyelid edema. This procedure has high clinical application and popularization value.
