淫羊藿总黄酮联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖对膝骨关节炎疗效临床研究

【摘要】：目的观察淫羊藿总黄酮联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的临床疗效及对血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平的影响。方法对我院2014年8月至2015年8月收治102例KOA患者临床资料及治疗效果进行回顾性分析,依据治疗方案将其分成对照组和治疗组,每组51例,均给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖、膝关节锻炼等常规治疗,治疗组同时给予淫羊藿总黄酮治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效和Lequesne评分及VAS评分改善情况,检测治疗前后两组患者的血清IL-1β和TNF-α水平,并观察和比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后治疗组Lequesne评分及VAS评分较对照组降低更加明显(P0.05);治疗后治疗组血清IL-1β和TNF-α水平较治疗前明显减少(P0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论淫羊藿总黄酮联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗能够对KOA炎症有明显的抑制作用,缓解病情。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of epimedium flavonoids combined with glucosamine sulfate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (knee osteoarthritis,KOA) and its effect on serum IL-1 尾 and TNF- 伪 levels. Methods the clinical data and therapeutic effect of 102 patients with KOA admitted in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the treatment plan, 102 patients were divided into control group and treatment group, each group was treated with glucosamine sulfate. Knee joint exercise and other routine treatment, the treatment group was given epimedium total flavonoids treatment. The clinical efficacy, Lequesne score and VAS score were compared between the two groups. The levels of serum IL-1 尾 and TNF- 伪 were measured before and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed and compared. Results after treatment, the Lequesne score and VAS score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05), the serum IL-1 尾 and TNF- 伪 levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Herba Epimedii flavonoids combined with glucosamine sulfate can significantly inhibit KOA inflammation and relieve the disease.
