120例肉芽肿性乳腺炎保守治疗的临床研究

【摘要】：目的探讨肉芽肿性乳腺炎的病因及保守治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2012年12月期间我院乳腺外科门诊接诊的120例肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者的临床资料,对其予以药物封闭治疗辅以手法疏通及乳管灌洗治疗的方法进行总结分析。结果 120例肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者经2~8周保守治疗后,其中101例(84.2%)痊愈,19例(15.8%)因保守治疗效果不佳而进行手术治疗。对101例保守治疗痊愈患者随访30~42个月(中位时间为38.6个月),有9例(8.9%)出现复发。结论对肉芽肿性乳腺炎采取药物封闭保守治疗,避免了全乳房切除术,复发率较低,疗效较好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the etiology and conservative treatment of granulomatous mastitis. Methods the clinical data of 120 patients with granulomatous mastitis received from January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The methods of drug blocking combined with manual drainage and milk tube lavage were summarized and analyzed. Results among 120 cases of granulomatous mastitis, 101 cases (84.2%) were cured and 19 cases (15.8%) were treated by conservative treatment because of poor conservative treatment. 101 cases of conservative treatment were followed up for 30 ~ 42 months (median time was 38.6 months), 9 cases (8.9%) recurred. Conclusion Drug blocking conservative treatment for granulomatous mastitis can avoid total mastectomy with lower recurrence rate and better curative effect.
