术中O-Arm 3D成像和导航下引导颈椎前路椎弓根钉置入

【摘要】:[目的]探讨术中O-Arm 3D成像和导航下引导颈椎前路椎弓根钉置入的技术方法。[方法]采用标准的Smith-Robinson颈椎前路入路。椎间盘切除和安置Cage后,将导航参考架安放在锁骨上。在术中O-Arm 3D成像和导航引导下置入颈椎前路椎弓根钉。术中和术后CT评价前路椎弓根钉置入的准确性。[结果]CT显示前路椎弓根钉准确地置入椎弓根皮质内,无椎动脉和神经损伤。[结论]术中O-Arm 3D成像和导航引导下颈椎前路椎弓根钉置入是一种安全有效的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the technique of guiding anterior cervical pedicle screw placement by O-Arm 3D imaging and navigation. [methods] the standard Smith-Robinson anterior cervical approach was adopted. After discectomy and Cage placement, the navigation reference frame is placed on the clavicle. The anterior cervical pedicle nail was implanted with O-Arm 3 D imaging and navigation. The accuracy of anterior pedicle screw placement was evaluated by CT during and after operation. [results] CT showed that the anterior pedicle screw was accurately inserted into the pedicle cortex without vertebral artery and nerve injury. [conclusion] Intraoperative O-Arm 3D imaging and navigation guided anterior pedicle screw placement is a safe and effective method.
