接骨药丸预防人工全膝关节假体无菌性松动的临床观察
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Jiegu pills on bone mineral density (BMD) of prosthesis after total knee arthroplasty, and to explore the effect of Jiegu pills on aseptic loosening of prosthesis. To provide clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of prosthetic aseptic loosening after total knee arthroplasty. Methods: 80 patients with primary total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into two groups: group B and control group. At the second week after operation, the group of Jiegu pills was given 6g of calachylic D 0.6 g, and the control group was given 0.6 g of calcareous D, once a day, 3 months as a course of treatment, the interval between two courses of treatment was 2 weeks, a total of 3 courses of treatment were treated after the end of 3 courses of treatment. Bone mineral density (BMD) around the prosthesis of knee joint was measured by XR-800 whole body bone mineral density (BMD). The contents of ALP and TRAP were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: 1. There was no significant difference in BMD between the two groups before treatment (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the BMD value around the prosthesis in the Jiegu pill group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). 2. The content of LP in the Jiegu pill group and the control group were significantly increased after treatment. However, the content of ALP in Jiegu pill group was higher than that in control group after treatment (P0.05). The 3.TRAP content in Jiegu pill group and control group were decreased after treatment, but the TRAP content in Jiegu pill group was significantly lower than that in control group after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion: 1. Compared with the control group, Jiegu pill can obviously improve the bone around artificial total knee prosthesis, increase bone density, promote bone formation, inhibit bone destruction, and enhance the supporting effect on prosthesis. 2. Jiegu pills have the advantages of convenient taking and less side effects. It can be used as prophylaxis of aseptic loosening of prosthesis after total knee arthroplasty.
