【摘要】:正·上海交通大学附属第六人民医院骨科研究团队揭示富血小板血浆衍生的外泌体预防激素性股骨头坏死的新机制上海交通大学附属第六人民医院上海市创伤骨科临床医学中心及上海市四肢显微外科研究所张长青课题组采用富血小板血浆衍生的外泌体(PRP-Exos)对大鼠激素性股骨头坏死动物模型进行干预并观察效果,同时观察糖皮质激素和PRPExos对细胞模型的影响,研究发现PRPExos可以经PI3K/Akt和MAPK/Erk通路
[Abstract]:The Orthopaedic Research team of the sixth people's Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University reveals a new mechanism of platelet-rich plasma-derived exosomes for the prevention of steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head; Shanghai Trauma Bone of Shanghai sixth people's Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University The experimental group of Zhang Changqing, Department of Clinical Medicine and Shanghai Institute of Microsurgery, used platelet-rich plasma-derived exocrine body (PRP-Exos) to interfere with the animal model of steroid-induced femoral head necrosis. The effects of glucocorticoid and PRPExos on cell model were also observed. It was found that PRPExos could pass through PI3K/Akt and MAPK/Erk pathway.
