点对点图像配准技术虚拟膝关节单髁置换术后三维模型的构建

【摘要】:目的:探讨使用点对点图像配准技术虚拟膝关节单髁置换术的可行性,为该方法的拓展应用及优化手术提供试验依据。方法:选取在本院行膝关节单髁置换术(UKA)的膝关节内侧间室骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,基于膝关节MRI及CT扫描数据构建单髁置换术后膝关节三维模型,使用点对点配准技术完成虚拟假体置换操作及建立有限元模型,分析虚拟置换术后膝关节运动学变化。结果:使用点对点图像配准技术建立了完整的单髁置换术后膝关节三维模型,其运动学变化趋势与传统分析法相似。结论:点对点图像配准技术可准确完成虚拟手术,较传统方法更为简便,值得推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the feasibility of virtual single condylar knee arthroplasty with point-to-point image registration technique, and to provide experimental basis for the expansion of the method and the optimization of surgery. Methods: the patients with osteoarthritis of medial compartment of knee joint who underwent single condylar knee replacement (UKA) in our hospital were selected as study objects. The three dimensional model of knee joint after single condylar replacement was constructed based on MRI and CT scanning data. The point-to-point registration technique was used to complete the virtual prosthesis replacement and the finite element model was established to analyze the kinematic changes of knee joint after virtual replacement. Results: a complete 3D model of knee joint was established using point-to-point image registration technique. The kinematics trend of the model was similar to that of traditional analysis. Conclusion: the point-to-point image registration technique is more convenient than the traditional method and is worth popularizing.
