吸烟与骨关节炎关系研究进展

【摘要】：正骨关节炎呈全球性流行。研究~([1])发现60岁以上男性骨关节炎的患病率为10%,女性为13%。骨关节炎的危险因素有很多,如年龄、肥胖、性激素等,但是吸烟是否是骨关节炎的危险因素则一直存在争议。本文从氧化应激角度出发,阐述吸烟与骨关节炎之间关系的研究现状及研究结果之间产生矛盾原因、骨关节炎与氧化应激之间的关系、吸烟与氧化应激之间的关系等,为今后研究吸烟与骨关节炎之间关系提供线索。1吸烟与骨关节炎之间关系研究现状及矛盾原因
