不同类型踝关节护具对功能性踝关节不稳者静态姿势稳定性的影响

【摘要】:目的:探讨佩戴不同类型踝关节护具对功能性踝关节不稳者静态姿势稳定性的影响。方法:选取10名男性单侧功能性踝关节不稳者,利用Flexi Force压力感受系统控制佩戴弹性护具时的踝压,采用WIN-POD系统分别测量受试者患侧无护具、佩戴弹性护具、佩戴半刚性护具时的静态姿势稳定性。结果:(1)睁眼状态下,佩戴弹性护具和半刚性护具时COP动摇各指标与无护具时相比差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。与半刚性护具相比,佩戴弹性护具时X轴平均摆幅显著增大(P0.05)。(2)闭眼状态下,佩戴弹性护具和半刚性护具时COP动摇各指标与无护具时相比差异均无统计学意义(P0.05);佩戴弹性护具与半刚性护具相比,各指标间差异也无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:佩戴弹性护具和半刚性护具不影响功能性踝关节不稳者的静态姿势稳定性,但佩戴半刚性护具时的静态姿势稳定性要好于佩戴弹性护具。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of wearing different types of ankle protection on static postural stability of functional ankle instability. Methods: the ankle pressure of 10 male patients with unilateral functional ankle instability was controlled by Flexi Force pressure sensing system. The unprotected side and elastic protection were measured by WIN-POD system. Static posture stability when wearing semi-rigid protective gear. Results: (1) under the condition of open eyes, there was no significant difference between the indexes of COP shaking when wearing elastic and semi-rigid protectors and those without protection (P0.05). Compared with semi-rigid protective gear, the average swing amplitude of X axis increased significantly (P0.05). (2) when wearing elastic protector (P0.05). When wearing elastic and semi-rigid protective gear, there was no significant difference in COP shaking indexes between the two groups (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the two indexes in wearing elastic protective gear and semi-rigid protective gear (P0.05). Conclusion: the static posture stability of the patients with functional ankle instability is not affected by wearing elastic and semi-rigid ones, but the static posture stability is better when wearing semi-rigid protectors than with elastic ones.
