槐耳颗粒联合化疗对乳腺癌患者术后机体免疫功能的影响

【摘要】：目的:探讨槐耳颗粒联合化疗对乳腺癌患者术后外周血细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:将90例乳腺癌术后患者随机分为两组,分别采用FEC(CTX0.6/m~2,d1,EPI100 mg/m~2,d1,5-Fu0.5/m~2,d1)方案化疗和槐耳颗粒联合FEC方案治疗,化疗后对患者免疫功能进行评价。结果:观察组治疗后外周血NK细胞、CD_3~+、CD_4~+、CD_4~+/CD_8~+比值较治疗前明显升高(P0.05),而对照组NK细胞、CD_3~+、CD_4~+、CD_4~+/CD_8~+比值较治疗前降低(P0.05)。观察组治疗后KPS评分提高率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:槐耳颗粒作为乳腺癌术后患者化疗的辅助性用药,能增强机体免疫功能,提高患者生活质量,值得临床进一步观察。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Huaier granule combined with chemotherapy on immune function of peripheral blood cells in patients with breast cancer. Methods: 90 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups. They were treated with FEC (CTX0.6/m~2,d1,EPI100 mg/m~2,d1,5-Fu0.5/m~2,d1) regimen and Huoer granule combined with FEC regimen, respectively. The immune function of the patients was evaluated after chemotherapy. Results: after treatment, the NK cells, CD_3~, CD_4~, CD_4~ / CD_8~ ratio of peripheral blood in observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment (P0.05), while NK cells, CD_3~, CD_4~ in control group were significantly higher than those before treatment (P0.05). The ratio of CD_4~ / CD_8~ was lower than that before treatment (P0.05). The improvement rate of KPS score after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Huoer granule, as a supplementary drug for postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer patients, can enhance the immune function and improve the quality of life of the patients, which is worthy of further clinical observation.
