不合理运动导致横纹肌溶解患者1例临床分析并文献复习

【摘要】：正1临床资料患者,男,16岁,学生。因“发热、恶心,左侧腰痛2h以上”于2015年1月18日送本院急诊科诊治。患者自述入院前2h无明显诱因出现低热、恶心,校医室测体温37.7℃,患者自述解暗红色尿1次,约200mL,伴左侧腰痛,胀痛为主,无尿频、尿急、尿痛症状,患者同时感到下肢肌肉酸痛、乏力,但无寒战、呕吐、心慌、气紧、腹泻症状。急诊科查体:患者一般情况可,神志清,腹部专科查体提示左肾区有可疑的叩痛,心肺查体无异
