复合PRP与BMP-4的Nano-HA并髓心减压治疗兔股骨头坏死
[Abstract]:Aim to investigate the feasibility of platelet-rich plasma (platelet rich plasma,PRP and bone morphogenetic protein-4 (Bone morphogenetic protein-4,BMP-4 nano-hydroxyapatite (Nano hydroxyapatite,Nano-HA) combined with medullary decompression in the repair of femoral head necrosis in rabbits. Methods the femoral head necrosis model of New Zealand white rabbits was made by hormone method. 36 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups, group A (n = 12), group B (n = 12) without any treatment, group B (n = 12) and group B (n = 12), and group B (n = 12, n = 12). Group C implanted Nano-HA. rich in PRP and BMP-4 after decompression. The rabbits were killed at 2, 4 and 8 weeks after operation. The femoral head was taken for histological observation and trabecular image analysis, and the bone mineral density of the femoral head was measured at the 8th week. Spss software was used to analyze the data. Results (1) histological observation showed that the osteogenic ability of group C was better than that of group A from the second week after operation, group B, group C appeared trabecular bone at 2 weeks after operation, bone trabecular matured at 8 weeks after operation, and bone marrow tissue formed. In group B, the defect area was still repaired at 8 weeks after operation, and bone marrow tissue could be seen. There was no bone tissue in group A at 8 weeks after operation. (2) the ratio of trabecular defect area in group C was higher than that in group B at 2,4,8 weeks after operation, and the difference was significant (P0.05). (3). 8 weeks after operation, bone mineral density in group C was significantly higher than that in group B and A (P0.05). Conclusion PRP combined with BMP-4 can induce the formation of new bone in necrotic femoral head. Nano-HA can be used as a good scaffold for repairing osteonecrosis of femoral head after decompression of medullary heart. PRP and BMP-4 combined with Nano-HA combined with decompression of medulla can accelerate the repair of femoral head necrosis in rabbits.
