右美托咪定应用于90例子宫切除术患者的血流动力学分析

【摘要】：目的探讨右美托咪定在子宫切除术患者中使用对其血流动力学的影响。方法本次研究对象来源于我院妇科2015年10月—2016年10月收治的子宫切除术患者90例,随机分成两组,其中对照组(n=45)术中应用等容量生理盐水,观察组(n=45)应用右美托咪定,比较两组血流动力学改变情况。结果观察组观察组T1~3时刻HR、MAP与T0时刻对比P0.05,且观察组T1、T2时刻HR与MAP明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论右美托咪定在子宫切除术患者中应用可稳定其血流动力学,值得推广。
