邻近微型皮瓣在头面部皮肤缺损修复中的运用

【摘要】：目的:总结头面部皮肤组织缺损的不同手术修复方式和技巧,评价其外观疗效。方法:回顾性研究了近5年来头面部因为外伤、肿瘤切除所造成的皮肤组织缺损的病例97例,其中鼻部37例,面颊部21例,额部9例,颞部13例,耳部17例,在安全切除病损组织以后采用邻近的转位皮瓣、带血管蒂皮瓣、肌皮瓣、鼻甲黏膜瓣等进行一期修复。结果:手术后皮瓣一期愈合,1周拆线出院71例;皮瓣边缘小部分缺血坏死24例;皮瓣出现大部分缺血坏死1例;皮瓣下感染坏死1例。结论:头面部的皮肤缺损均可采用邻近的各类微型皮瓣进行一期修复,皮瓣成活情况与手术技巧密切相关,耳后沟皮瓣运用广泛,适合耳部多个区域的皮肤缺损修复。
[Abstract]:Objective: To summarize the methods and techniques of different operation of head facial skin tissue defect, and to evaluate the effect of its appearance. Methods: A retrospective study of 97 cases of skin tissue defect caused by trauma and tumor resection in the recent 5 years, including 37 cases of the nose,21 cases of the cheek,9 cases of the frontal part,13 cases of the nose,17 cases of the ear, and the adjacent transposition skin flap after the safety cut-out of the lesion. The first-stage repair was performed with the vascular pedicle flap, the musculocutaneous flap, the nasal mucosa flap, and the like. Results: After the operation, the first phase of the skin flap was healed,71 cases were discharged from the hospital after 1 week, and 24 cases of the ischemic necrosis of the marginal part of the skin flap were observed, and one case was found in the skin flap, and 1 case was necrosis of the skin flap. Conclusion: The skin defect of the head face can be repaired with the adjacent micro-skin flap. The survival condition of the flap is closely related to the surgical technique.
