直接前入路全髋关节置换与加速康复外科

【摘要】：加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)由丹麦Kehlet首先提出,主要目标是降低术后并发症、缩短住院时间,降低医疗费用,在结直肠外科、胃肠道、骨科等取得了很大的成功。近年来,随着微创手术技术在骨科的广泛应用,微创直接前方入路受到越来越多的关节外科医师的关注,微创直接前入路全髋关节置换术(the direct anterior approach-total hip arthroplasty,DAA-THA)具有组织损伤小、出血少、疼痛轻、康复快的优势,是加速康复外科的主要技术之一。
[Abstract]:Accelerated rehabilitation surgery (enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS) was first proposed by Kehlet of Denmark. The main goal is to reduce postoperative complications, shorten hospitalization time and reduce medical expenses. It has achieved great success in colorectal surgery, gastrointestinal tract, orthopaedics and so on. In recent years, with the wide application of minimally invasive surgery in orthopaedics, minimally invasive direct anterior approach has attracted more and more attention of joint surgeons. Minimally invasive direct anterior total hip arthroplasty (the direct anterior approach-total hip arthroplasty,) DAA-THA) is one of the main techniques of accelerated rehabilitation surgery because of its advantages of small tissue injury, less bleeding, light pain and fast recovery.
