氢吗啡酮对中重度癌症疼痛患者镇痛疗效及生命质量影响的临床分析

【摘要】：目的研究氢吗啡酮对中重度癌症疼痛患者镇痛疗效及生命质量的影响。方法选取2014年6月~2015年6月我院收治的中重度癌症疼痛患者25例作为研究对象,观察氢吗啡酮对中重度癌症疼痛患者的总有效率、疼痛疗效、生命特征等的影响。结果氢吗啡酮治疗中重度癌症疼痛患者的显效率为72%(18/25)、有效率为24%(6/25),治疗总有效率为96%(24/25);氢吗啡酮治疗中重度癌症疼痛患者前后SF-36量表评分在总分、情感职能、活力方面明显比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中重度癌症疼痛患者应用氢吗啡酮进行镇痛治疗,疗效良好,生命质量高,具有极大的推广价值,应大力推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of hydromorphine on analgesia and quality of life in patients with moderate and severe cancer pain.
