腹腔镜经腹腔腹膜前疝修补与开放式网塞填充式无张力修补术治疗腹股沟复发疝对比分析

【摘要】：目的评价腹腔镜经腹腔腹膜前疝修补(TAPP)术治疗腹股沟复发疝的安全性及有效性。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2015年12月在遵义医学院附属医院行手术治疗的46例腹股沟复发疝患者临床资料,分为TAPP组及开放式网塞填充式无张力修补术(RR)组。比较两组术中出血量、手术时间、术后术区疼痛、术后住院时间、住院费用、术后血清肿发生及术后3月复发情况。结果两组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、术后血清肿及术后复发率方面比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);术后术区疼痛TAPP组低于RR组(P0.05),住院费用高于RR组(P0.05)。结论 TAPP术治疗腹股沟复发疝是安全有效的,术后术区疼痛并发症少,但费用偏高。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the safety and efficacy of laparoscopic retroperitoneal hernia repair (TAPP) in the treatment of recurrent inguinal hernia. Methods the clinical data of 46 patients with recurrent inguinal hernia treated surgically in the affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College from January 2013 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. they were divided into TAPP group and open mesh tamponade tension-free repair group (RR) group. The amount of intraoperative bleeding, operation time, postoperative pain, postoperative hospitalization time, hospitalization cost, postoperative serum swelling and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results there was no significant difference in operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative hospitalization time, postoperative serum swelling and postoperative recurrence rate between the two groups (P 0.05), but the postoperative pain in TAPP group was lower than that in RR group (P 0.05), and the hospitalization cost was higher than that in RR group (P 0.05). Conclusion TAPP is safe and effective in the treatment of recurrent inguinal hernia.
