脊髓损伤治疗的进展与策略

【摘要】：正随着经济的发展及社会的进步,车祸伤、高处跌落伤在日常生活中越来越常见,成了导致脊髓损伤(SCI)发生的主要原因[1]。另外,脊髓血管病变、肿瘤、炎性疾病及椎管狭窄等一些非创伤性疾病也可导致SCI的发生[2]。由于其损伤部位的特殊性,这将直接影响患者正常的感觉、运动及自主神经功能,对患者生理、心理产生严重危害。作为一种全球性疾病,有研究显示,全球每百万人中有236~1 009人发生SCI,男女发病率比例约为2.5∶1.0[3-4]。仅发达国家,每年就有约32 000例新
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the progress of society, car accident injury and high fall injury are more and more common in daily life, which has become the main cause of spinal cord injury (SCI) [1]. In addition, some non-traumatic diseases, such as spinal cord vascular disease, tumor, inflammatory disease and spinal canal stenosis, can also lead to the occurrence of SCI [2]. Because of the particularity of the injury site, it will directly affect the normal feeling, motor and autonomic nerve function of the patients, and cause serious harm to the physiology and psychology of the patients.
