文章摘要：目的探讨快速康复外科护理措施在结直肠癌患者围术期的应用效果。方法将132例结直肠癌手术患者按住院号随机分为快速康复护理组和传统护理组，应用快速康复外科护理措施对快速康复护理组患者采取有效的护理措施，比较两组临床治疗效果和并发症的发生情况。结果快速康复护理组术前未安置胃管，未常规行全肠道灌洗。与传统护理组比较，该组患者术后尿管留置时间、进食时间、肛门排气时间、首次排便时间均明显缩短（P〈0．01），术后住院时间及住院费用明显减少（P〈0．05）；该组总体并发症明显少于传统护理组（P〈0．05），其中尿路感染、咽喉炎／肺部感染、伤口感染／裂开等并发症发生率少于传统护理组（P〈0．05）。结论快速康复外科护理措施应用于结直肠癌患者的围术期能明显减轻患者痛苦，显著减少并发症的发生，，加速患者术后康复，临床应用安全、可行。

Abstr：Objective To investigate the feasibility of applying the principle of fast tract surgery to the patients undergoing colorectal surgery in the perioperative period. Methods One hundred and thirty-two patients undergoing colorectal surgery were randomly divided into the group of fast tract nursing （FTN） and the group of conventional nursing （CN）. Effective measures of nursing care were taken to the FTN group with nursing measures of fast tract surgery. Clinical therapeutic efficacy and complications were compared between the two groups. Results No nasogastric tube introduction and routine bowel preparation were adopted in the FTN group. Compared to the CN group, the FTN group had significant shorter time of indwelling urethral catheter, first feeding via alimentary tract,first exhaust and defecation （ P〈0.01）. The hospitalization time and expense in the FTN group were shorter and lower than in the CN group（ P〈0.05）. The overall complication rate was lower in the FNT （ P 〈0.05） ,especially in urinary infection,pharyngolaryngitis/pulmonary infection and wound infection/rupture （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion It is clinically feasible to ap- ply the principle of fast tract surgery to the nursing care of the colorectal surgery patients because it can significantly release pains, reduce complication rate and accelerate the recovery after surgery.
