背景音乐在五官科手术病人中的应用
Objective To explore the influence of background music on patients' mental and physiological changes during the course of operation. Methods Ninety,six ENT inpatients were divided into the study group and the control group randomly. After entering operation room, patients in the study group enjoyed the graceful, wonderful melody with slow rhythm, lyric and fluent music during the course of operation. Patients in the control group just received the routine care. The mental and physiological changes of patients during the course of operation were observed. Results The incidence of negative mood before operation, negative mood during operation, range of contracting pressure over 30 mmHg, range of HR over 30 times per minute, usage of adjuvant were 37.5%, 12.5%, 8.3% and 4.2% respectively in the study group, while the corresponding rates were 70.8%, 45.8%, 33.3% and 14.6% in the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusions Application of background music during the operation can alleviate the nervousness in patients, and help them to keep a good mental state.[
