血清IL-17、IL-21与Graves眼病相关性研究

【摘要】：目的通过检测Graves眼病患者外周血IL-17、IL-21表达水平,探讨IL-17、IL-21与Graves眼病及甲状腺功能的相关性。方法观察组为50例初诊Graves眼病患者,对照组为50例健康人,检测二组外周血中IL-17、IL-21水平及甲状腺功能。结果采用独立样本t检验及相关性分析。结果观察组外周血IL-17浓度(1 546.52±806.87)pg/ml、IL-21浓度(884.30±444.37)pg/ml较对照组IL-17浓度(770.82±437.03)pg/ml、IL-21浓度(522.38±261.15)pg/ml明显增高(P0.05)。观察组经Pearson相关性分析,IL-17与TT3呈正相关(r=0.459,P=0.012);IL-21与TT3、FT4呈正相关(r=0.492,0.372,P=0.007,0.047)。结论 Graves眼病患者外周血IL-17、IL-21水平显著升高并与TT3呈正相关,IL-17、IL-21可能与Graves眼病的发生和发展相关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between IL-17 and IL-21 in peripheral blood of patients with Graves ophthalmopathy and Graves ophthalmopathy and thyroid function. Results the levels of IL-17, IL-21 and thyroid function in peripheral blood of the two groups were determined by independent sample t-test and correlation analysis. Results the concentration of IL-21 in peripheral blood of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The concentration of IL-21 in peripheral blood was (1 546.52 卤806.87) 渭 g / ml, 884.30 卤444.37 渭 g / ml and (770.82 卤437.03pg / ml), 522.38 卤261.15 渭 g / ml and 522.38 卤261.15 渭 g / ml, respectively. There was a positive correlation between IL-17 and TT3 by Pearson correlation between IL-21 and TT3FT4. Conclusion the level of IL-17 and IL-21 in peripheral blood of Graves patients with ophthalmopathy may be positively correlated with the occurrence and development of Graves ophthalmopathy.
