MTDH与β-catenin在眼附属器MALT淋巴瘤中的表达及意义

【摘要】：目的研究MTDH、β-catenin在眼附属器MALT淋巴瘤中的表达情况,以及二者相关性,探索二者在眼附属器MALT淋巴瘤中的作用与意义。方法收集青岛大学附属医院眼科1999年06月至2015年12月手术切除的眼附属器MALT淋巴瘤作为实验组(n=30例),反应性淋巴组织增生组织作为对照组(n=20例)。两组中MTDH与β-catenin的m RNA和蛋白的表达分别采用PCR法与免疫组化法检测。采用SPSS统计学软件分析MTDH、β-catenin与眼附属器MALT淋巴瘤临床特征(包括年龄、性别、部位、临床病理分期)的关系,并探索MTDH与β-catenin二者表达的相关性。结果在眼附属器MALT淋巴瘤中,MTDH与β-catenin的m RNA表达均较对照组增加(P0.01);MTDH与β-catenin蛋白在眼附属器MALT淋巴瘤中的阳性表达率分别为50%(15/30)、26.67%(8/30),而在对照组中的阳性表达率分别为10%(2/20)、0(0/20),其差异存在显著性(P=0.003,P=0.033)。并且MTDH与β-catenin的表达与眼附属器MALT淋巴瘤患者Ann Arbor临床病理分期有关,在Ann Arbor临床病理分期Ⅰ-Ⅳ的患者中,MTDH的阳性表达率分别为36.36%(8/22)、83.33%(5/6)、100%(1/1)、100%(1/1),差异具有统计学意义(P=0.042),β-catenin的阳性率分别为13.63%(3/22)、50%(3/6)、100%(1/1)、100%(1/1),差异存在统计学意义(P=0.016),而MTDH与β-catenin的表达与患者年龄、性别及发病部位均无关(P0.05)。并且MTDH与β-catenin蛋白的表达呈正相关(r=0.452,P=0.035)。结论MTDH与β-catenin在眼附属器MALT淋巴瘤中的表达增加,且二者的表达水平均与临床病理分期呈正相关,MTDH与β-catenin的高表达可能在眼附属器MALT淋巴瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用,同时MTDH与β-catenin的表达为正相关关系。联合检测二者表达,有助于MALT淋巴瘤的临床诊断与鉴别诊断。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the expression of MTDH, 尾 -catenin in ocular adnexal malt lymphoma and their correlation, and to explore the role and significance of MTDH and 尾 -catenin in ocular adnexal malt lymphoma. Methods from June 1999 to December 2015, 30 cases of ocular adnexal malt lymphoma and 20 cases of reactive lymphoproliferative tissue as control group were collected. The mRNA and protein expression of MTDH and 尾 -catenin were detected by PCR and immunohistochemistry, respectively. The relationship between MTDH, 尾 -catenin and clinical features (including age, sex, location, clinicopathological stage) of ocular adnexal malt lymphoma was analyzed by SPSS software, and the correlation between MTDH and 尾 -catenin expression was explored. Results the mRNA expressions of MTDH and 尾 -catenin in ocular adnexal malt lymphoma were significantly higher than those in the control group. The positive expression rates of MTDH and 尾 -catenin protein in MALT lymphoma were 50% 1530% ~ 26.67% and 10 22 / 20 / 0 / 20%, respectively. There was a significant difference between them. The expression of MTDH and 尾 -catenin was related to the clinicopathological stage of Ann Arbor in patients with ocular adnexal malt lymphoma.
