肿节风分散片联合洛美沙星治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的探讨肿节风分散片联合洛美沙星治疗急性化脓性中耳炎(APOM)的临床疗效。方法选取2014年11月—2015年11月内蒙古林业总医院耳鼻喉科收治的急性化脓性中耳炎患者98例,随机分为对照组(49例)和治疗组(49例)。对照组给予盐酸洛美沙星滴耳液,6~10滴/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服肿节风分散片,4片/次,3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗2周。观察两组患者的临床疗效、起效时间、听力阈值和致病菌清除情况。结果治疗后,对照组、治疗组的总有效率分别为85.71%、93.88%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组起效时间和听力阈值均明显低于治疗前,同组治疗前后差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),且治疗组听力阈值的改善程度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组致病菌总清除率(85.71%)明显高于对照组(67.35%),差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论肿节风分散片联合洛美沙星治疗APOM具有较好的疗效,可改善听力情况,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Zongjie dispersible tablets combined with Lomefloxacin in the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media (APOM). Methods from November 2014 to November 2015, 98 patients with acute suppurative otitis media were randomly divided into control group (49 cases) and treatment group (49 cases). The control group was given Lomefloxacin Hydrochloride ear drops (n = 6) 10 drops per day. On the basis of control group, the treatment group took 4 tablets / 3 times a day. The patients in both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy, onset time, hearing threshold and pathogen clearance were observed. Results after treatment, the total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 85.71 and 93.88, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). The onset time and hearing threshold of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, the difference before and after treatment in the same group were statistically significant (P0.05), and the improvement of hearing threshold in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). The total clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria in the treatment group (85.71%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (67.35%), and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Zongjie dispersible tablet combined with Lomefloxacin is effective in the treatment of APOM. It can improve the hearing condition and has certain clinical application value.
