传导性聋人工听觉植入基础与临床进展

【摘要】:正传导性聋是指由于外耳和/或中耳的先天性或后天性疾病导致外界声波传至内耳过程障碍,从而引起听觉减退的一类疾病。传导性聋的主要病因从外耳道至内耳包括:(1)耳廓:先天性或后天性的耳廓畸形;(2)外耳道:外耳道堵塞、狭窄或闭锁,如先天性外耳道畸形狭窄和闭锁、肿瘤、异物、胆脂瘤等;(3)鼓膜病变:鼓膜穿孔、炎症、增厚、粘连等;(4)听骨链病变:先天性听骨链缺失、固定、畸形和后天性炎症、外伤使听骨链完整性破坏,造成声音传递
[Abstract]:Positive conductive deafness is a kind of disease which is caused by congenital or acquired diseases of the external and / or middle ear, which results in the disturbance of the external sound transmission to the inner ear. The main causes of conductive deafness from the external auditory canal to the inner ear include: (1) auricle: congenital or acquired auricle deformity; (2) external auditory canal: obstruction, stenosis or atresia of the external auditory canal, such as congenital deformity of the external auditory canal, stenosis and atresia, tumor, foreign body, Cholesteatoma et al. (3) tympanic membrane lesion: tympanic membrane perforation, inflammation, thickening, adhesion, etc.; (4) ossicular chain lesion: congenital ossicular chain loss, fixation, deformity and acquired inflammation, trauma impairs the integrity of auditory bone chain, resulting in sound transmission
