干扰素过敏性视网膜血管炎一例

【摘要】：正男性,21岁。左眼视力突然下降1天就诊。1天前无明显诱因突觉左眼无痛性视力下降,无畏光、流泪,无其他不适。曾因慢性中度乙型病毒性肝炎在外院治疗,入院前多次在外院予以α-2b干扰素治疗,自诉曾多次出现α-2b干扰素过敏,病初曾出现皮疹,后好转,并坚持干扰素等治疗。起病时出现发热,体温38.4℃,无其他异常。查体:四肢关节明显触痛,足部红肿,皮温升高,双足、下肢远端密集分布针尖样瘀
[Abstract]:The male is 21 years old. Visual acuity of left eye dropped suddenly 1 day before 1 day treatment, there was no obvious inducement to decrease painless visual acuity of left eye, fearless light, tears, and no other discomfort. He had been treated with interferon 伪 -2b many times before admission to the hospital because of chronic and moderate viral hepatitis B, and had appeared interferon 伪 -2b allergy many times before admission, and had rash at the beginning of the disease, then improved, and persisted in the treatment of interferon.
