康柏西普对湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性患者脉络膜厚度及睫状后动脉血流的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨康柏西普对湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)患者脉络膜厚度及睫状后动脉血流的影响。方法湿性AMD患者100例,根据给药方式不同分为康柏西普组和曲安奈德组各50例。曲安奈德组给予曲安奈德0.1 ml注射,康柏西普组给予康柏西普0.05 ml注射,采用高频多普勒超声测量患者治疗眼的睫状后动脉血流动力学参数,包括收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、阻力指数(RI),采用Spectralis光学相干断层扫描(OCT)的EDI技术测量中心凹下脉络膜厚度(SFCT),对比分析两组治疗前后睫状后动脉PSV、EDV、RI、SFCT及不良反应。结果康柏西普组治疗后1、4、8 w SFCT明显低于曲安奈德组(P0.05);两组均无出现眼压增高、眼内炎、白内障、视网膜脱离等不良反应。结论湿性AMD患者注射康柏西普能更有效降低患者脉络膜厚度,改善睫状后动脉血流,促进疾病恢复,安全可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Compactopril on choroidal thickness and blood flow of posterior ciliary artery in patients with wet age related macular degeneration (AMD). Methods 100 patients with wettable AMD were divided into two groups according to different administration methods: Compactopril group and triamcinolone acetonide group. The triamcinolone acetonide group was injected with triamcinolone acetonide 0. 1 ml, and the Compactopril group was injected with Compactopril 0. 05 ml. The hemodynamic parameters of the posterior ciliary artery were measured by high frequency Doppler ultrasound in the eyes treated with triamcinolone acetonide. Including peak systolic velocity (PSV), end-diastolic velocity (EDV), resistance index (RI),) Spectralis optical coherence tomography (OCT) EDI technique was used to measure the thickness of subcentral foveal choroid by (SFCT), comparison analysis of PSV,EDV,RI,SFCT and adverse reactions of posterior ciliary artery before and after treatment in two groups. Results the SFCT was significantly lower in Compactopril group than that in triamcinolone acetonide group at 8 weeks after treatment (P0.05), and no adverse reactions such as intraocular pressure elevation, endophthalmitis, cataract and retinal detachment were found in both groups. Conclusion injection of Compactopril in wet AMD patients can reduce the choroidal thickness, improve the blood flow of the posterior ciliary artery, promote the recovery of the disease, and be safe and reliable.
