【摘要】：正作为一个外科医生,最为重要的就是"safety",即安全。笔者所定义的安全是时刻保证患者的安全。即保证了患者安全,同时也要保证医生自己的安全。所有的围手术的期准备与处理,无一不是围绕着"安全"进行。所以外科医生千万不要有大英雄主义,不要过于追求完美,在没有把握选择何种方式,一定要寻求上级医生的帮助。医生,尤其是外科医生,每天都在做着解决病人病痛的抉择。耳外科医生与耳内科医生思维方式最大的不同在
