睫毛液误入眼致结膜色素沉着一例

【摘要】：正患者女性,30岁。因左眼纹眼线过程中操作失误致睫毛液入眼,眼红、眼痛、刺激感1日就诊。当时曾给予大量流动水冲洗。眼部检查:视力右眼1.0,左眼0.8,眼压正常。左眼鼻侧结膜大量黑色素沉着,范围5 mm×6 mm,距离角膜缘3mm,表面粗糙,周围结膜反应性充血(图1)。余未见异常。给予大量生理盐水冲洗左眼结膜囊,见结膜表层黑色素大部分
[Abstract]:Female patient, 30 years old. Because of the left eye striated eyeliner operation error resulting in eyelash into the eye, eye red, eye pain, stimulating feeling 1 day to see a doctor. A large amount of flowing water was given at that time. Eye examination: visual acuity 1.0 in right eye, 0.8 in left eye, normal intraocular pressure. The left eye nasal conjunctiva had a large amount of melanosis, with a range of 5 mm 脳 6 mm, from the limbus, a rough surface and reactive congestion around the conjunctiva (Fig. 1). I saw nothing unusual. A large amount of saline was given to wash the conjunctival sac of the left eye.
