鼻腔鼻窦血管瘤26例临床诊治分析

【摘要】：目的 探讨鼻腔鼻窦血管瘤的诊断与治疗方法。方法 26例鼻腔鼻窦血管瘤患者,术前行鼻腔鼻窦CT、MRI、颈总动脉造影等检查,根据肿瘤直径及对周围组织、器官的压迫和破坏情况,分别行平阳霉素瘤体内注射、鼻内镜手术切除或鼻侧切开手术。结果 26例中行平阳霉素瘤体内注射16例,鼻内镜手术8例,鼻侧切开手术2例,均痊愈;术后随访1~3a,无复发,患者鼻塞、鼻出血等症状均消失。结论 鼻腔鼻窦CT、MRI等检查有助于鼻腔鼻窦血管瘤的诊断,平阳霉素瘤体内注射、鼻内镜手术切除及鼻侧切开手术治疗效果确切。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the diagnosis and treatment of hemangioma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Methods 26 patients with hemangioma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses were examined by CT,MRI, carotid angiography before operation. According to the diameter of tumor and the compression and destruction of surrounding tissues and organs, pingyangmycin was injected into the tumor body. Endoscopic excision or incision of the nasal side. Results among the 26 cases, 16 cases received pingyangmycin injection, 8 cases underwent endoscopic surgery, 2 cases were cured by nasal incision, and no recurrence occurred after 1 year follow-up. The symptoms such as nasal congestion and epistaxis disappeared. Conclusion CT,MRI is helpful in the diagnosis of hemangioma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. The effect of pingyangmycin injection, endoscopic excision and lateral nasal incision is effective in the diagnosis of hemangioma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.
