妥布霉素地塞米松治疗睑板腺功能障碍的临床观察
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy and safety of tobramycin dexamethasone in the treatment of tarsal gland dysfunction (MGD). Methods: 108 patients with MGD were randomly divided into control group (53 cases) and observation group (55 cases). The patients in the control group were given routine physical cleaning method to clean the eyelids, and the warm water after meals was given 0.1 g doxycycline hydrochloride tablets twice a day. The patients in the observation group were treated with tobramycin dexamethasone eye ointment for 1.5 cm, and applied into the conjunctival sac 4 times a day. The course of treatment was 4 weeks in both groups. The clinical efficacy, eyelid score, symptom score, levels of interleukin 6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor 伪 (TNF- 伪) and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results: the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (89.1vs.77.4%), and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in eyelid observation score, symptom score, IL-6 and TNF- 伪 levels between the two groups (P0.05). After treatment, the eyelid observation scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the same group before treatment, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the symptom scores, IL-6 and TNF- 伪 levels of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the same group, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: tobramycin dexamethasone is effective in the treatment of MGD patients on the basis of routine treatment. It can significantly improve clinical symptoms and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
