普拉洛芬治疗角结膜干燥症的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察并研究普拉洛芬在参与治疗角结膜干燥症当中的临床治疗效果。方法:本研究所有选择的研究对象均为本院2016年10月至2017年10月收治的角结膜干燥症患者94例,将所有患者作为研究对象,并采用随机方法分为观察组和对照组,每组患者均为47例。对照组患者选择采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液进行治疗,观察组患者在此基础之上选择采用普拉洛芬进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行评价。结果:对于本研究两组患者临床治疗有效率进行比较,观察组患者的治疗效果优于对照组,两者之间差异明显,存在有统计学意义,P0.05。结论:对于角结膜干燥症进行治疗的时候,为患者选择采用普拉洛芬进行治疗能够有效提高患者治疗的有效率,缓解患者的临床症状,促进患者更好的恢复。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and study the clinical effect of Praprofen in the treatment of keratoconjunctival dryness. Methods: all the selected subjects were 94 cases of keratoconjunctival dryness admitted from October 2016 to October 2017. All the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. There were 47 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops and the patients in the observation group were treated with Praprofen. Results: the clinical effective rate of the two groups was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: for the treatment of keratoconjunctival dryness, the choice of Praprofen for the treatment of patients can effectively improve the effective rate of treatment, alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients, and promote better recovery of patients.
