辛夷鼻炎丸联合布地奈德治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效及其对相关炎症因子的影响

【摘要】：目的:观察辛夷鼻炎丸联合布地奈德治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效及其对相关炎症因子的影响。方法:120例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者给予布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗,1个鼻孔喷1次(64μg/喷),每天2次。观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加服辛夷鼻炎丸3 g,每日3次。两组疗程均为4周。观察并比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后临床症状和体征总积分变化情况,血清免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)和白细胞三烯E_4(LTE_4)含量,同时记录不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组和对照组分别有3、4例患者脱落。观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(84.21%vs.73.21%,P0.05)。治疗前,两组患者临床症状和体征总积分、Ig E和LTE_4水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗2、4周后,两组患者临床症状和体征总积分、Ig E和LTE_4水平显著低于同组治疗前,且观察组显著低于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者均未见明显不良反应发生。结论:辛夷鼻炎丸联合布地奈德治疗变应性鼻炎疗效较好,可以显著改善患者临床症状和体征,降低炎症因子水平,安全性亦较好。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the effect of Xinyi rhinitis pill combined with budesonide in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods: 120 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with budesonide nasal spray, 1 nostril spray (64 渭 g / a), twice a day. The patients in the observation group were given 3 g of Xinyi rhinitis pills 3 times a day on the basis of treatment in the control group. The course of treatment was 4 weeks in both groups. To observe and compare the clinical efficacy, the changes of total clinical symptoms and signs, the contents of serum immunoglobulin E (Ig E) and leukocyte triene E4 (LTE_4) before and after treatment, and to record the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results: in the observation group and the control group, there were 34 cases of abscission. The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (84.21 vs 73.21 P 0.05). Before treatment, the two groups of clinical symptoms and signs of the total score of, Ig E and LTE_4 levels, the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05); After 2 weeks of treatment, the, Ig E and LTE_4 levels of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the same group before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group in the same period, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). No significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion: Xinyi rhinitis pill combined with budesonide is effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, and the safety is good.
