听力损失与耳鸣的开关——阿控门

【摘要】：正第1代耳鸣理论,认为耳鸣起源于耳部病变,听力损失是耳鸣的病因,但临床现象显示耳鸣和听力下降之间的关系错综复杂,具有相同听力损失程度的耳聋患者,耳鸣情况不一,相同耳鸣程度的患者,听力损失程度各异,甚至有相当比例的患者常规测听显示听力正常。本文应用耳鸣第4代理论——整体调控理论分析不同听力损失类型和耳鸣的关系,为耳鸣的分类治疗提供理论基础。在耳鸣的整体调控理论中,听力系统,耳鸣的清除系
[Abstract]:The first generation of tinnitus theory holds that tinnitus originates from ear disease and hearing loss is the cause of tinnitus, but clinical phenomena show that the relationship between tinnitus and hearing loss is complicated, and the deafness patients with the same degree of hearing loss. The hearing loss of the patients with the same tinnitus degree is different, and even a considerable proportion of the patients have normal hearing test. This paper analyzes the relationship between different types of hearing loss and tinnitus by using the fourth surrogate theory of tinnitus, the theory of global regulation, and provides a theoretical basis for the classification of tinnitus treatment.
