学龄儿童鼻流量测试材料的效度验证及鼻流量值特征研究

【摘要】:目的验证学龄儿童鼻流量测试新材料的效度,分析上海市正常学龄儿童鼻流量值的性别和年龄特征。方法分别以单韵母/a/、/o/、/e/、/i/、/u/、/ü/及新、旧鼻流量测试语句为测试材料,测试190例上海市正常学龄儿童的平均鼻流量值(mean nasalance score,MNS),分析新旧材料所测得MNS的相关性及标准误,以判定新材料的效度;通过独立样本t检验分析比较不同性别儿童之间MNS值的差异,通过单因素方差分析比较不同年龄儿童间MNS值的差异。结果鼻流量测试新材料与旧材料测量的MNS值具有较强的相关性,且新测试材料的MNS标准误较小;在单韵母/i/、/ü/与鼻腔句测试中,女生的MNS显著高于男生(P0.05);不同年龄学龄儿童单韵母/a/、/o/、/e/、/i/、/u/、/ü/和鼻流量测试新语句的MNS值随年龄增加而增大,差异有统计学意义。结论鼻流量测试新材料具有较高的测试效度,适宜正常学龄儿童使用;上海市正常学龄儿童的MNS值呈现出女生高于男生、高龄儿童高于低龄儿童的特征。
[Abstract]:Objective to verify the validity of the new materials for nasal flow test in school-age children and to analyze the sex and age characteristics of nasal flow values of normal school-age children in Shanghai. Methods using single vowel / a / r / o / r / e / r / u / and new / old nasal flow test sentences as test materials, the average nasal flow value (mean nasalance score,MNS) of 190 normal school-age children in Shanghai was tested. The correlation and standard error of MNS measured by new and old materials were analyzed to determine the validity of new materials. The differences of MNS values among children of different genders and between children of different ages were analyzed by independent sample t-test, and the differences of MNS values among children of different ages were compared by single factor variance analysis. Results there was a strong correlation between the new material and the MNS value measured by the old material, and the MNS standard error of the new material was lower, the MNS of girls was significantly higher than that of boys in the test of single vowel / I / u and nasal sentence (P0.05). The MNS values of single vowel / a / r / o / r / e / r / u / and nasal flow test of different age children increased with the increase of age, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion the new nasal flow test material has higher test validity and is suitable for normal school-age children, and the MNS value of normal school-age children in Shanghai is higher than that of boys, and that of senior children is higher than that of young children.
