射频热凝治疗血管运动性鼻炎对鼻黏膜纤毛超微结构的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻腔翼管、筛前神经集区射频热凝治疗血管运动性鼻炎(VMR)对鼻黏膜纤毛超微结构的影响。方法选取2014年6月至2015年6月在该科进行鼻腔翼管、筛前神经集区射频热凝治疗的VMR患者58例,透射电镜下观察患者术前、术后6个月鼻黏膜超微结构。结果术后6个月透射电镜下显示鼻黏膜纤毛超微结构较术前明显改善:柱状上皮纤毛排列整齐,无纤毛脱落、倒伏,长短基本一致,粗细较均匀,方向齐同,线粒体形态数量恢复,柱状上皮"9+2"微管结构明显清晰。结论鼻内镜下鼻腔翼管、筛前神经集区射频热凝治疗VMR可使受损鼻黏膜纤毛系统得到改善。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of radiofrequency thermocoagulation (RFA) in the treatment of vasomotor rhinitis (VMR) on the ultrastructure of nasal mucosal cilia under nasal endoscope. Methods from June 2014 to June 2015, 58 patients with VMR were treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the anterior ethmoidal nerve collecting area. The ultrastructure of nasal mucosa was observed by transmission electron microscope before operation and 6 months after operation. Results the ultrastructure of nasal mucosal cilia was obviously improved by transmission electron microscope at 6 months after operation. The columnar epithelium cilia were arranged neatly, no cilia were shed, lying down, the length was basically the same, the thickness was uniform, and the direction was the same. The number of mitochondria recovered and the "9 2" microtubule structure of columnar epithelium was clear. Conclusion the nasal mucosal ciliated system can be improved by radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the nasal cavity and anterior ethmoidal nerve area under nasal endoscope for the treatment of VMR.
