耳后注射甲强龙与鼓室内注射甲强龙治疗突发性耳聋的疗效分析

【摘要】：目的对比分析耳后注射甲强龙与鼓室内注射甲强龙治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法选取我院2013年6月到2015年6月期间收治的63例单耳突发性耳聋患者分为A、B两组,A组采用耳后注射甲强龙组:突发性耳聋患者耳后注射甲强龙40mg,1次/d,隔日1次,疗程1周。B组采用鼓室内注射甲强龙40mg,1次/d,隔日1次,疗程1周。两组均给予改善微循环药物联合治疗。结果耳后注射总有效率为68.6%,鼓室内注射总有效率71.5%,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论耳后注射甲强龙与鼓室内注射甲强龙治疗突发性耳聋均有较好疗效,常规建议首选耳后注射。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare and analyze the effect of retroauricular injection and intratympanic injection of methylenolone in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods Sixty-three patients with monaural sudden deafness from June 2013 to June 2015 were divided into two groups: group A was treated with retroauricular injection of methylenolone once a day. Group B was treated with intratympanic injection of 40 mg / d, once every other day for 1 week. Both groups were treated with improved microcirculation drugs. Results the total effective rate of retroauricular injection was 68.6 and the total effective rate of intratympanic injection was 71.5. There was no significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion both retroauricular injection and intratympanic injection are effective in the treatment of sudden deafness.
