人工耳蜗植入患者听觉言语康复疗效评估及影响因素

【摘要】：听力损失严重影响社交能力。对听障人群早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗和康复就显得格外重要。目前,新生儿听力筛查技术已经不断完善,对听障儿童的早期发现和早期诊断已经取得显著成就,但是对重度和极重度耳聋患儿的早期治疗即人工耳蜗植入及康复却任重而道远。如何更好地提高人工耳蜗植入患儿的听觉言语康复疗效成为重中之重。本文就人工耳蜗植入患儿听觉言语康复方法、康复疗效评估方法、影响因素及目前存在问题和展望作出如下综述。
[Abstract]:Hearing loss seriously affects social ability. Early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment and rehabilitation are particularly important for hearing impaired people. At present, neonatal hearing screening technology has been continuously improved, and the early detection and early diagnosis of children with hearing impairment have made remarkable achievements. However, the early treatment of severe and extremely severe deafness, namely cochlear implantation and rehabilitation, has a long way to go. How to improve the effect of cochlear implantation in children with auditory and verbal rehabilitation has become a top priority. This article reviews the methods of auditory and verbal rehabilitation, the evaluation of rehabilitation effect, the influencing factors, the existing problems and the prospect of cochlear implantation in children with cochlear implantation.
