显微镜下翼状胬肉切除联合羊膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉276例

【摘要】：目的分析显微镜下翼状胬肉切除联合羊膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉的效果。方法回顾性分析翼状胬肉患者276例的临床资料、治疗方法及效果。结果全部患者均没有排斥、感染、复视及眼球运动障碍等并发症发生。在6个月至1年的随访过程中,出现轻度复发有14眼,手术区表面出现少量肉芽有5眼,角膜表面光滑者共268眼,羊膜移植区无瘢痕且光滑透明,未出现新生血管和纤维组织增生。出现肉芽的5眼在显微镜下给予显微剪剪除,并且在使用妥布霉素地塞米松眼液点眼后得到了良好的恢复;1眼复发后半年再行此手术,术后恢复良好。结论相较于单纯的翼状胬肉切除术,显微镜下翼状胬肉切除联合羊膜移植术复发率更低,术后反应更轻,且防止睑球。
[Abstract]:Objective To evaluate the effect of the resection of wing-like and cut-out combined with amnion for the treatment of pterygoid meat. Methods The clinical data, treatment methods and effects of 276 cases of pterygoid meat were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the patients had no such complications as rejection, infection, diplopia and eye movement. In the follow-up period from 6 months to 1 year, there were 14 eyes with mild recurrence. There were 5 eyes on the surface of the operation area,268 eyes with smooth surface of the cornea, no scar on the amniotic membrane transplantation area and smooth and transparent, and no new blood vessel and fibrous tissue hyperplasia appeared. 5 eyes of the granulation were cut off under the microscope, and a good recovery was obtained after using the tobramycin Dexamethasone ophthalmic solution; the operation was performed in half a year after the recurrence of the eye, and the postoperative recovery was good. Conclusion Compared with the simple wing-like pectomy, the recurrence rate is lower, the post-operative reaction is lighter, and the ball is prevented.
