神经生长因子凝胶保护青光眼视神经的临床效果
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the protective effect of nerve growth factor (NGF) gel on the optic nerve of patients with primary angle closure glaucoma after operation. Methods 60 patients (86 eyes) with primary glaucoma were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group (follow-up treatment with NGF gel after trabeculectomy) and control group (follow-up treatment with adenosine triphosphate disodium tablets). The visual acuity, intraocular pressure (IOP), visual field, retinal nerve fiber layer thickness (RNFL) and papillary cup-disk ratio were compared between the two groups before and 2 and 6 months after operation. Results the visual acuity of the patients in the observation group was 0.41 卤0.17, 0.50 卤0.20 at 2 months, 0.49 卤0.25 at 6 months after operation, 0.42 卤0.22 before and 0.42 卤0.19 at 2 months after operation, and 0.42 卤0.22 in the control group. 6 months after operation, the visual acuity of the observation group was 0.41 卤0.28, and the visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 2 and 6 months after operation (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in IOP between the two groups before and 2 and 6 months after operation. The visual field average visual acuity in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 2 months and 6 months after operation, and the mean visual field defect value was lower than that in the control group at 6 months after operation (P0.05). At 6 months after operation, the RNFL of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the ratio of cup to plate was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05), but there was no statistical difference between the two groups at 2 months after operation. Conclusion NGF gel has significant clinical effect and good protective effect on optic nerve in patients with primary glaucoma after operation.
