某院健康体检中老年人群翼状胬肉患病状况研究

【摘要】：目的研究某院健康体检中老年人群翼状胬肉患病状况。方法选取2015年6~8月在某院进行健康体检的中老年468例,年龄大于或等于45岁,对其进行调查研究,研究主要通过问卷调查及比较详细的眼科检查来实施。对翼状胬肉患病状况进行准确诊断,并计算患者患病率及有关危险因素。结果研究发现,不同年龄段女性翼状胬肉患病率有明显差异,翼状胬肉发病率与患者年龄、性别、文化程度、饮酒史、户外工作时间、户外工作年限及泪膜破裂时间均有明显关系,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论性别、年龄均与翼状胬肉患病率有明显关系,泪膜破裂时间、文化程度及户外工作年限是影响翼状胬肉发生的重要危险因素,与疾病的发生息息相关。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the prevalence of pterygium in middle-aged and old people in a hospital. Methods from June to August in 2015, 468 middle-aged and old people, aged more than or equal to 45 years old, were selected for health check-up in a hospital. The study was carried out mainly through questionnaire survey and detailed ophthalmological examination. Accurate diagnosis of pterygium was made and the prevalence and risk factors of pterygium were calculated. Results the prevalence of pterygium was significantly different among women of different ages. The incidence of pterygium was associated with age, sex, education level, drinking history, outdoor working hours, and age, sex, education level, drinking history, and outdoor working hours. Outdoor working years and lacrimal film rupture time were significantly related, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion gender and age are significantly related to the prevalence of pterygium. Lacrimal film rupture time, educational level and outdoor working time are important risk factors for pterygium occurrence, which are closely related to the occurrence of pterygium.
