眼部感染性疾病患者标本涂片检查结果分析

【摘要】：目的分析标本涂片检查对眼部感染性疾病的判断价值。方法回顾性分析1 000份行涂片检查、微生物培养的眼部微生物标本相关资料,比较标本涂片、培养阳性结果。结果标本涂片阳性330份,培养阳性422份,涂片+培养阳性508份,各组阳性率比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);涂片在角膜、房水、玻璃体、眼内容物及虹膜标本阳性率方面与培养比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);涂片检出病原菌株338份,培养检出病原菌株437株,革兰阳性球菌、丝状真菌均分别占据前两位,分别占34.32%、37.76%,31.07%、29.52%;涂片、培养诊断符合率73.70%。结论涂片联合体外培养检查出眼部感染性疾病标本阳性率相比两者单独检查有明显优势,标本涂片检查可作为眼部感染性疾病早期筛查的重要手段之一。
[Abstract]:Objective To analyze the value of smear examination in the diagnosis of ocular infectious diseases. Methods The relevant data of 1,000 samples of smear and microbial culture were analyzed retrospectively, and the samples were compared and the positive results were compared. Conclusion The detection of the positive rate of the positive rate of infectious diseases in the eye can be an important means of the early screening of the infectious diseases of the eye.
