mfERG用于高度近视合并黄斑区脉络膜新生血管患者的临床研究

【摘要】:目的:应用视觉电生理多焦视网膜电流图(mfERG)的一阶函数核(FOK)检测高度近视合并黄斑区脉络膜新生血管患者与单纯高度近视患者的视网膜功能,并探讨两者之间的差异性。方法:采用随机方法选取2015年12月至2016年12月于我院眼科门诊确诊为高度近视患者40例(60眼)作为研究对象。根据眼底检查结果将以上患者分为2组:实验组为高度近视合并黄斑区脉络膜新生血管患者20例(30眼);对照组为单纯高度近视患者20例(30眼)。以上所有研究对象均接受RETscan3.2视觉电生理仪检查,记录多焦视网膜电流图(mfERG)的一阶函数核(FOK)的波形,以黄斑中心凹区域的五个环的正六边形所对应的反应波作为研究内容,分析P1波与N1波的振幅和潜伏期的改变。对以上结果行统计学处理和分析。结果:1、与单纯高度近视对照组相比,高度近视合并黄斑区脉络膜新生血管实验组在年龄、性别、眼别、高度近视病史、屈光度、眼轴长度方面无明显差异(P均0.05)。2、与单纯高度近视对照组相比,高度近视合并黄斑区脉络膜新生血管实验组多焦视网膜电流图P1波环1到环5振幅均显著降低,潜伏期均显著延迟(P均0.05);N1波环1到环5振幅均显著降低,环1区域潜伏期显著延迟(P均0.05)。结论:多焦视网膜电流图检查能准确客观反映高度近视合并黄斑区脉络膜新生血管患者视网膜功能状态,具有较高的临床意义。
[Abstract]:Aim: to detect the retinal function of patients with high myopia complicated with macular choroid neovascularization and simple high myopia by using the first order functional nucleus (FOK) of visual electrophysiological multifocal retinal electrography (mfERG), and to explore the difference between them. Methods: from December 2015 to December 2016, 40 patients (60 eyes) with high myopia were randomly selected. According to the results of fundus examination, the patients were divided into two groups: 20 patients (30 eyes) with high myopia complicated with macular choroid neovascularization in the experimental group and 20 patients (30 eyes) in the control group with simple high myopia. All the above subjects were examined by RETscan3.2 visual electrophysiology instrument. The first-order functional kernel (FOK) waveforms of multifocal retinal electrogram (mfERG) were recorded. The response waves corresponding to the regular hexagonal of five rings in the macular fovea were taken as the research content to analyze the changes of amplitude and latency of P1 wave and N1 wave. The above results were statistically analyzed and analyzed. Results: 1. Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in age, sex, eye difference, history of high myopia, diopter and axial length between the experimental group and the control group (P 0.05). 2, compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in age, sex, eye difference, history of high myopia, diopter and axial length between the experimental group and the control group. In the experimental group of choroid neovascularization in high myopia complicated with macular area, the amplitudes of P1 wave loop 1 to ring 5 were significantly decreased and the latency was significantly delayed (P 0.05). The amplitudes of N1 wave ring 1 to ring 5 were significantly decreased, and the latency of ring 1 region was significantly delayed (P 0.05). Conclusion: multifocal retinal electrography can accurately and objectively reflect the retinal function of patients with high myopia complicated with macular choroid neovascularization, and has high clinical significance.
