短波光防护眼镜控制儿童近视发展的效果评估

【摘要】:目的观察短波光防护眼镜对儿童近视发展的影响。方法前瞻性对照研究。2013年9月~2014年8月在本院眼科屈光门诊就诊的近视患儿80例,随机分为试验组40例(配戴短波光防护眼镜)和对照组40例(配戴普通眼镜)。随访并比较2组配镜3、6、12个月后屈光度、眼球轴长、调节幅度及调节灵敏度的变化。结果 2组屈光度增长量和眼球轴长增长量在配镜3个月后差异无统计学意义,配镜6个月后试验组小于对照组(P0.05),配镜12个月后试验组显著小于对照组(P0.01)。2组调节幅度在配镜3、6、12个月后差异均无统计学意义。2组调节灵敏度在配镜3、6、12个月后,试验组均显著大于对照组(P0.01)。结论短波光防护眼镜能延缓儿童近视度数及眼轴增长,增加调节灵敏度,对控制儿童近视发展安全、有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of short wave light protective glasses on the development of myopia in children. Methods A prospective controlled study was conducted. From September 2013 to August 2014, 80 children with myopia were randomly divided into experimental group (40 cases with shortwave protective glasses) and control group (40 cases with common glasses). The changes of diopter, axial length, adjustment amplitude and sensitivity of the two groups were followed up and compared with those of the two groups after 12 months. Results there was no significant difference in diopter increase and axial length increase between the two groups after 3 months of lens matching. After 6 months of lens matching, the experimental group was less than the control group (P 0.05), and the experimental group was significantly smaller than the control group after 12 months (P 0.01). The adjustment amplitude of the two groups was 3 months, 6 months later, 6 months later, The experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (P 0.01). Conclusion short wave light protective glasses can delay the increase of myopia degree and axial axis in children, increase the sensitivity of adjustment, and be safe and effective in controlling the development of myopia in children.
